Listing your property on Novalify: what happens after you submit

A walkthrough of the owner and agent listing flow — what to prepare, how review works, and what happens to inquiries once your listing is live.

Before you submit

Prepare these and the review step becomes short:

  • Basics: property type, purpose (sell, rent, investment), city and country, address.
  • Numbers: asking price and currency, size in square metres, bedrooms and bathrooms where relevant.
  • Description: what makes the property worth a viewing — condition, layout, what is included.
  • Photos: a clear cover image plus a gallery. Daylight, wide shots, no clutter.
  • Ownership context: who is entitled to sell or let, and which documents exist.

Submitting

Owners and agents submit from the dashboard. A new listing is created as a draft, then moves to pending when you submit it for review. You can keep editing while it is a draft, pending or rejected.

Review

The Novalify team checks that the listing is complete, internally consistent, and free of claims that cannot be supported. Listings that are missing key facts come back with a note rather than going live incomplete. Approved listings are published and become publicly visible — and eligible for the public sitemap.

After it goes live

Inquiries and meeting requests attach to the listing and appear as a client journey: inquiry received, contact made, documents requested, meeting scheduled, outcome recorded. Nothing depends on someone remembering to forward an email.

Note on scope

Novalify coordinates listings, inquiries and documents. It does not act as your legal representative, does not verify ownership on your behalf, and does not provide valuation advice. Licensed professionals remain responsible for those steps.
