How AI-assisted property proposals work — and where humans stay in charge
What an AI-assisted property proposal actually contains, which parts are automated, and which decisions always stay with a person.

The problem AI actually solves here
Most property research time is not spent deciding — it is spent gathering. Collecting listing details, comparable properties, location notes and the buyer's stated requirements into one readable brief takes hours per client. That assembly step is what AI does well.
What goes into a proposal
A Novalify proposal is generated from material that already exists in the workspace:
- the client's inquiry: purpose, budget range, locations, timeline
- the shortlisted listings and their published attributes
- notes captured by the team during calls and meetings
- the documents already requested or received
The output is a structured brief: what the client asked for, which properties match, what is still unknown, and what the next step is.
What AI does not decide
- No valuations. An estimate produced from listing text is not an appraisal.
- No legal or tax conclusions. Those require a licensed professional in the relevant jurisdiction.
- No investment recommendations. Yield or return figures shown anywhere in the platform are illustrative.
Human review is a step, not a suggestion
AI output in Novalify is marked for review, and a team member confirms it before it reaches a client. That review is where errors, stale prices, and missing documents get caught. The AI drafts; a person is accountable.
Practical tips for better output
- Write the requirement in full sentences — budget, purpose, timeline, must-haves.
- Attach documents as soon as you have them, so the brief reflects reality.
- Record meeting outcomes in the journey timeline instead of a private inbox.
